Helm Template Command

Do the layouts of the two yaml files match? Preferably through a helm command. I would always want to know what the chart exactly does before installing it. Modified 4 years, 7 months ago. With helm 3, you can use the helm pull command. Anything the template outputs is part of that return value and there is not a specific return command. I am creating a helm chart for my app.

I would always want to know what the chart exactly does before installing it. With helm inspect [chart] i can view the content of chart.yaml and values.yaml of a chart. The helm template syntax seems fine (you shouldn't need to directly reference the chart's own values.yaml file). With helm 3, you can use the helm pull command.
