6X9 Speaker Template
It's a leftover from my previous setup and the car i'm using now has a 6x9 slot. Here is the thing though. It may only be a matter of enlarging the holes in the new 6x9 with a bigger drill bit so that you can get the mounting screw in place. Anything will be an improvement over stock so just find a good reputable company and enjoy. That said, i think there are some ribs on the backside of that speaker grill that vary in thinckness. Use your factory speaker as the template. Draw the mounting hole for the 6.5 on the template;

I would drill the 6x9 chassis to fit the factory mounting holes rather than drill more holes in the vehicle. So, does anybody have a drafting of the sizes that need to be cut out.
