I have searched all over for this, apparently nobody is doing this any longer. I use #10 double window envelopes. Paste the address block below it for the second envelope (#2), and edit the address as needed. The return address and send to address are printed on the letter, not on the envelope. The disadvantage is that word doesn't save custom size settings. I imported a previously designed #10 envelope and created a new design on it. You can also adjust the font and formatting of the address text by clicking the font button in the envelopes and labels dialog box.

This used to be so simple, but now it appears to be impossible.
